Take a Trip Through Italy
We want to take you on a culinary trip to Italy’s different regions and cuisines with our new menu.
Between June and October, we’ll feature a special menu for one day each month, allowing you to explore a different region of Italy and embark on a culinary journey with us.
Enjoy authentic Italian recipes refined through generations as we cook up some of the best dishes we’ve tasted travelling through the country, along with free-flowing wine and live music.
It’s a nod to the traditional cooking methods and family favourites of the old country that we love—and an experience that we can’t wait to share with you.
Try your hand at pasta-making
We love pasta. We love talking about it, preparing it, and eating it. And we want to share the love.
Join us and learn how we make our pasta at Johnny Sausage.
We host exclusive pasta-making classes during the cooler months of July to October. In a two-hour hands-on deep dive into how to prepare, mix, and roll pasta, you’ll learn how we do it from our head chef, Diego Ghiro, a Venice native. Everything is provided for you, including a glass of wine!); all you need is to bring your sense of curiosity and fun.
Diego will show you how to make our special alla zucca—pumpkin sage and pecorino-filled tortellini. Once you’ve cooked it, you can dig in and even take the rest home—if there’s any left.
You will also get a behind-the-scenes tour of Johnny Sausage. See where the culinary magic happens, tour our deli, learn about the meats and cheeses we use, and get hungry for your next visit with us.
Staircase to Johnny
Staircase to Johnny is back for another year.
Join us for an exclusive dinner as the sun sets, and take in the gorgeous, uninterrupted views of the Staircase to the Moon right from our balcony.
Please dig into our spectacular Feed Me Johnny menu. A three-course feast, you’ll enjoy gooey burrata with heirloom tomato and basil, beef carpaccio with pickled shimeji mushrooms, that classic Broome twist, pine nuts, and pumpkin puree. Indulge in sumptuous pasta and mouthwatering saltimbocca wrapped in prosciutto. And finish it off with our famous tiramisu della nonna.
Paired with our all-new wine list, featuring primo vino drops and a glass of our house-made limoncello, it’s an experience you won’t get anywhere else.
Held just once a month, you’d better get in quickly, as spots are filling up quickly. Once they’re gone, they’re good—and you’ll have to wait until next year.
