This Shinju Matsuri Festival, our Mangrove Hotel Executive Chef, Lara Gibson, has invited Executive Chef of Shui Subiaco, Leigh Power, and Prendiville Group Director of Food, Russell Blaikie, to join forces and bring the taste of Asia to you while you dine under the Staircase to the Moon.
Leigh Power has curated a specialty menu that pays homage to the pan Asian heritage of Broome celebrated annually at the Shinju Matsuri Festival. The three chefs combined will act as your host for the evening, taking you on a culinary journey through Asia.
