Mangrove Goes Tex Mex
Mangrove goes Tex Mex and the Wet Season just turned fun. From 15 January 2026 we are turning up the flavour with the return of our hugely successful Tex Mex menu. Guests asked for it. We listened. Now it is back and bursting with colour, spice, rhythm and excitement.
Think fresh margaritas and tequila moments. Think plates full of personality. Think food that arrives at the table and everyone leans in to try it. This is joyful dining with serious flavour and a playful spirit.
Service takes place in the inside bar with lunch every day from 12.00pm to 2.00pm and dinner from 4.30pm to 8.00pm. Friday live music lifts the mood even higher and sets the scene for Wet Season weekends.
